Meet the Chef
Hi East Texas, I'm Chef Tyler.
I and my family are recent transplants to East Texas and I'm here to share my passion for great food. I've had a career spanning more than 20 years mostly in the DFW Metroplex as well as in Germany where I served in the US Army. I've had the privilege of working in some of Fort Worth's finest establishments under many brilliant chefs. I owned a catering company in the Metroplex for more than a decade. There I was able to feed many celebrities, sports stars, and government officials among many at the hundreds of events we were blessed to cater.
All of this was until the Pandemic began and changed all of our lives forcing the shut down of my catering business. But I believe this is where God stepped in to bring us here. After much prayer we were lead to small town East Texas to start life over again. Since we arrived I have heard around town that there is a desire for a higher standard of cuisine.
I am excited to bring my passion for service, my love of great food, and my years of experience to your next event. I strive to make your wedding meal that much more memorable, your business luncheon go a little more smoothly, and your next party the one all your friends will keep talking about. I firmly believe that,
